TERM & CONDITIONS :-

1. Reservation is subjected to room availability and in first-come-first-served basis.

2. Children above 4 - 11 years old is 50% of adult's rate

3. Toddler 0 - 3 years old charges RM 85.00 (NO BED PROVIDED)

4. Twin room must consist of minimum 2 Adults before child rates apply.

5. Quad room MAXIMUM 4 PERSON ONLY

6. Upon confirmation of booking, a 50% of non-refundable deposit of the total fare in required.

7. All confirmed bookings must be finalized 45 days before date of arrival with guests name, identity card, birth certificate or passport numbers. Full payment must be settled 30 days before tour departure.

8. In the event of cancellation, the deposit or prepayment will be automatically forfeited.

9. No refund or reduction accommodation, meals, snorkeling gears or any services not utilized.

10. The Management reserves the right to alter, modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

1. Between 22-29 days before the date of arrival (charge 50% of the total tour fare)

2. Between 14-21 days before the date of arrival (charge 75% of the total tour fare)

3. Below 14 days before the date of arrival (charge 100% of the total tour fare)
