8) TERMS & CONDITIONS

Price inclusive SST
Not inclusive of Marine Park Tax.

Malaysian RM5.00/adults & RM2.00/child.
Non Malaysian RM30/adult & 15/child.

Children (3-11 years) are charged 60% from adult’s rate
Infant below 3 years RM20 per person for package will occur
Due to adverse weather condition on unforeseen operational conditions, Kapas Coral Beach Resort reserve the right to alter or cancel any itinerary or tours without compensation.
Max pax per room is 4 adults only. Addition 2 child can be considered (Please add on additional mattress). If more than that, please add another room. (Example: 5 adults are staying, make it 2 rooms- 3 and 2 adults.
Deposit 50% from total package will must be paid upon conformation booking. Fullpayment within 14 day from check in date. Deposit valid only for ONE YEAR ONLY.
Deposit are not REFUNDABLE.
The resort is not responsible for any accidents or crime that happens during guests stay
